Cloudscape III offers a birds' eye view of Cloud computing with talks and interactive discussions focusing on Cloud Computing Interoperability strategies, the Digital Agenda for Europe, the current activities of international standards bodies, perspectives from user communities from scientific research and eGovernment, industry provider and user perspectives,synergies between eGovernment and European Distributed Computing Infrastructure projects, legal, policy & ethical issues, security, privacy and trust. The Workshop wraps-up with a session on building a consensus on cloud standards – The Lighthouse Initiative with the aim of defining the vision, scenarios and requirements that are informing the SIENA Roadmap on Grids and Clouds for eScience and Beyond,
