Trust-IT builds its strength on its creating and building global networked communities in enterprise and eScience, with the aim of fostering effective knowledge-exchange on a day-to-day basis. Trust-IT contributes to the design of communication platforms for a broad range of communities, both in Europe and globally, and in areas spanning Information and Communication Technologies, international co-operation and global research library initiatives spearheaded by leaders in the field.
Trust-IT plans and leads content provision and curation, with target audiences firmly in mind. To this end, we also recruit experts in their respective fields to offer primers on emerging technologies, user case studies that bring into sharp relief how technologies help address specific challenges, as well as position papers offering insights and visions into how specific technologies can be taken to the next level.
Gridipedia - Trust-IT was commissioned by a European Consortium of over 90 partners from the private and public sector - led by Atos Origin - to enhance existing content, provide tailor-made new content and increase visibility, in order to support a sustainable website for service-oriented technologies moving forward. Content provision also included multimedia content on new technology solutions.
