Brief description
EO4EU aims to provide innovative tools, services, methodologies and approaches utilising modern technologies that will assist a wide spectrum of users, from domain experts to simple citizens unaware of the plethora of data and capabilities offered by EU services, to access and process data and utilise the existing and future offered services.
Our role
Trust-IT designed and oversees the implementation of the dissemination and communication strategy of the project as the leaders of the XWork Package. Among the activities Trust-IT undertakes are:
- Set-up of the website which will house the EO4EU Platform - the collection of tools that will be the key to the project achieving its goals.
- Management of the social media platforms and repositories such as Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, SlideShare, and Zenodo.
- Professional graphic design services and production of marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, roll-up banners, and posters.
- Professional videography, video production and photography services for events.
- Virtual, on-site and hybrid events organisation including event conceptualisation, technical infrastructure, and logistics.
- Community building and outreach to key target stakeholders.
Impact
As of the project start, Trust-IT has already launched the project website, with further iterations expected. All channels have already been set-up and are starting to gather relevant followers. Community building and outreach will be a key activity in ensuring uptake of the technologies and tools that will be produced in EO4EU.
